Features

  • The pump volute is made of cast iron conforming to IS 210 / ISO 186 grade FG 260, featuring a vertical discharge outlet
  • Equipped with a non-clog, semi-open impeller manufactured from cast iron (standard), CF8, or CF8M, suitable for pumping liquids up to 50°C
  • The pump shaft is constructed from stainless steel in accordance with ASTM A582, grade AISI 410
  • Sealing is achieved through a double mechanical shaft seal—carbon/ceramic/NBR/AISI 304 for pumps up to 1 HP, and SiC/SiC/Viton/AISI 316 on the pump side for pumps above 1 HP
  • Close-coupled dry submersible motor with Class F insulation, IP68 protection, 2900 RPM speed, epoxy-sealed cable entry, suitable for S1 duty in fully submerged conditions and S3 duty for partially submerged operation
  • All cast iron components are CED (cathodic electrodeposition) coated to provide uniform corrosion resistance with a controlled coating thickness of 20–30 microns

Drainage of sewage from building basements, hotel facilities, and factory wastewater; removal of sewage from industrial process units; emptying of septic tanks, cesspits, and sewage pump stations; and pumping of surface and drainage water from garages and sprinkler systems.
