Features

  • The pump volute is made of cast iron (grade FG260) as per IS 210 / ISO 186 standards, featuring a vertical discharge outlet and a grinder-type vortex impeller suitable for pumping liquids up to 50°C
  • Equipped with an integrated radial cutter and cutter ring made from corrosion-resistant AISI 440 material, with a hardness of 55–60 Rc
  • Fitted with a double mechanical shaft seal made from SiC/SiC/Viton/S.S 316 at the pump end
  • Close-coupled with a dry submersible motor featuring Class F insulation, IP68 protection, 2900 RPM, epoxy-sealed cable entry, S1 duty for fully submerged use and S3 duty for partially submerged operation
  • All cast iron components are CED-coated (cathodic electrodeposition) for corrosion resistance, with a uniform coating thickness of 20–30 microns
